You asked
Would it be at all possible to receive an updated version of this dataset? Access to gardens and public green space in Great Britain.
I would like to see how access to green space has changed over the past 5 years.
We said
Thank you for your request.
Unfortunately, we do not hold more recent information showing access to gardens and public green space in Great Britain.
The access to green space analysis to which you refer was conducted in the early stages of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. While there was a partial update in 2021, this is not a recurring product, and we have no plans to update this further.
In order to fulfil your request, we would need to create analysis involving new bespoke methodologies and sourcing new data. As such, this information is not held for the purposes of Freedom of Information (FOI).
As the original work was an analysis of mapping data from Ordnance Survey, you may wish to reach out to them as they may offer products that could meet your needs.
