Please could you provide the number of flexible working requests made since 1 December 2023.
Flexible working requests meaning ‘making a statutory application’ in accordance with GOV.UK.

Statutory flexible working requests are managed through a structured application process under our flexible working framework and where agreed result in a change to contractual terms and conditions. The UK Statistics Authority (UKSA) have received 213 requests under this statutory process within the reference period stated. In addition to the formal statutory flexible working process UKSA operates a number of informal arrangements for where and when colleagues work through our flexible working hours (5am - 10pm) and our hybrid working approach blending office and home working.
