I would like to receive access to the crime statistics concerning crime that have been perpetrated by Muslims in England and Wales, specifically on:
- terrorism related offences
- rape
- paedophilia
- murder
Please also provide the crime statistics for the same offences in England and Wales, perpetrated by anyone. I would like the data to be separated.
If it is not possible to collect data for Muslims, please collect the data for crimes perpetrated by people of Maghreb or Middle Eastern descent.

While we hold data on the numbers of crime recorded by the police in England and Wales, broken down by offence, we do not hold information about how many of these crimes were committed by Muslims or people of Maghreb / Middle Eastern descent.

Within these police recorded crime data, we are not able to separately identify terrorism related offences. Data on terrorism related offences, which include information on the self-declared nationality, ethnicity and religion of suspects, are published by the Home Office in their quarterly 'Operation of police powers under the Terrorism Act 2000' releases, available here:
