The data we hold does not exactly match what you have requested. We publish statistics taken from the Crime Survey for England and Wales and crimes recorded by the police. The statistics we publish focus on the victims of crime rather than the perpetrators. However, our recent publication “Sexual offending: victimisation and the path through the criminal justice system” uses a wider range of statistics from across the crime and criminal justice system and provides some information on perpetrators of sexual offences in England and Wales.
Tables that would be useful to you are the Ministry of Justice appendix tables which present data on prosecutions, convictions and sentencing for sexual offences in England and Wales. Table 3 provides data on defendants proceeded against at magistrates' courts by sexual offence group and ethnicity, and Table 7 provides data on offenders found guilty of sexual offence group and ethnicity. However, these tables do not provide a breakdown by location of sexual assault.
