Unfortunately, we do not hold the information you have requested.

We publish statistics taken from the Crime Survey for England and Wales and crimes recorded by the police.

The Home Office publish arrest statistics within their annual Police powers and procedures England and Wales statistics releases, but these tables do not include a breakdown of whether people have been arrested under Section 67 of the Serious Crime Act 2015: Sexual communication with a child.
