Dataset House building: permanent dwellings started and completed by English regions

The primary purpose of the UK house building data release is to provide collated statistics at the country level. In previous releases, we have included data for the English regions, but these data are now published by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) and can be found in Table 217 on the GOV.UK website.

About this Dataset

Time-series data on starts and completions of new build dwellings in English regions on a quarterly basis (now produced by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities as Table 217).
