Can you please provide the following information:

  1. the number of Public Space Protection Orders issued in the UK, in 2017 and in 2018
  2. the Local Authorities which issued them
  3. the number issued forbidding people from putting up tents, seeking charity and other behaviour associated with rough sleeping/homelessness
  4. the number of fines paid (for each year) and the number escalated to a summary conviction resulting in a £1000 penalty

Unfortunately, we do not hold the information you have requested. We publish figures on the levels and trends of crime and anti-social behaviour in England and Wales primarily based on estimates from the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and figures from police crime and incident records.
