Our ‘Crime in England and Wales: Annual Trend and Demographic Tables’ contain breakdowns of victimisation over time and by various demographic characteristics, which includes the ethnicity of victims. Our latest release is for the year ending March 2017. The year ending March 2018 release is scheduled for the 19 July 2018.

The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) hold information on the ethnicity of offenders. Their most recent report ‘Statistics on Race and the Criminal Justice System 2016’ was published on the 30 November 2017. They can be contacted by e-mail at statistics.enquiries@justice.gsi.gov.uk and may be able to help you further with your enquiry.
