You asked

I am seeking access to data detailing the incomes of non-UK citizens located in the UK by their nationality, as I have only been able to obtain data by ethnicity or by larger groupings of nations of regions rather than a comprehensive breakdown by nations (100+) for which there is data available. I am interested in acquiring this data from the years 2000 to the latest year for which this data is available.

Many thanks for your request.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the data you require on the incomes of non-UK citizens located in the UK by individual nationality. In order to answer your request, we would need to use statistical skill and judgement to create an ad hoc analysis. Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000, public authorities are not obligated to create information in response to requests. We therefore consider this to be information not held. It is also worth noting that sample sizes within the microdata that would be used to create this dataset at individual nationality level are not robust enough to provide reliable estimates.

However, you may find the following published data tables helpful. These are published by Eurostat. There are UK breakdowns available in these datasets, however the information is provided by broad groups of countries of birth.

Mean and median income by broad group of country of birth (population aged 18 and over

People at risk of poverty or social exclusion by broad group of country of birth (population aged 18 and over)

At-risk-of-poverty rate by broad group of country of birth (population aged 18 and over)
