Summary of request
Statistics on the private rental market in London covering January 2019 to December 2019 by region, borough and postcode district. These statistics show the count of rents, mean, median, lower quartile and upper quartile.
It must be noted that no attempt has been made to account for the change in quality or composition of rented property in these statistics, so should be interpreted with caution. They are used by the Greater London Authority to produce the London Rents Map. These data were previously published by the Valuation Office Agency.
