Please could you provide me with the following data in reference to the August 2011 riots/civil disturbances?
A record of all arrests made by across the UK that were associated with the riots, with each record containing the following information:
an identifier of the area within which the offence took place (address if possible; postcode as a minimum)
the area from which the offender was recorded as living (postcode)
the offence type
the date and time at which the offence was estimated to have occurred
the age, sex, and ethnicity of the offender

The Office for National Statistics publish statistics taken from the Crime Survey for England and Wales and crimes recorded by the police. It does not deal with statistics relating to arrests and therefore does not hold this information. The Home Office are responsible for collecting and publishing data on arrests in England and Wales.
