The Department for International Trade provide 2015-2017 regional FDI data in their Annual Report, but I need historical regional data. Please can you provide historical regional FDIs such as London, South East, South West etc.

Unfortunately, we currently only produce FDI statistics for the UK as a whole. You can find the latest FDI statistics for the whole of the UK here.
The Department for International Trade produced the report quoted in your request, so your request may be best placed with them.
