We are responsible for the production of mortality data for England and Wales.
We have recently produced the information you have requested in the following dataset: Average age of death (median and mean) of persons whose death was due to COVID-19 or involved COVID-19, by sex, deaths registered in March 2020 to June 2021, England and Wales.
