I am looking for information for figures on the number of Black Minority and Ethnic (BME) children in care in particular I would like to know the following info:

  1. The number to BME children waiting to be placed for adoption and fostered with a breakdown of each ethnicity?

  2. The number of BME adopters and foster carers with a breakdown of each ethnicity?

Please provide the most recent figures.
