I wonder if you would be kind enough to provide me with sickness absence information for the following councils for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 (or if already published, details of where I may find this information):

Swansea County Council
Bridgend County Council
Wellingborough Borough Council

I need to know the average number of sick days per employee and if possible what the main causes of absence were, if recorded.
