A graduate is defined as a person who is aged between 21 and 64, not enrolled on any educational course and who has a level of higher education above A level standard.
Please note that some graduates living in Scotland will have been excluded as the population we have focused on is aged 21 or above but due to differences in the education system a person in Scotland can gain a graduate level qualification by the age of 20.
