Estimates of employment split by occupation and industry, drawn from the Labour Force Survey. Figures use the latest classifications available in the datasets, chiefly Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 1992 and Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) 1990, and are not directly comparable with later classifications.
