Summary of request

Industry breakdown of various job quality indicators in London, using weighted data from the Annual Population Survey (APS) for 2024. There are 95% confidence intervals included for each estimate and proportion. These estimates and proportions are derived from the Annual Population Survey.

Correction - 5 December 2025

A correction has been made to notes 3 and 7.

The previous note 3 read “geographic areas refer to residency of respondents rather than place of work”. It should have read “the reported region of work is used to assign each job to a region, rather than the region of residence”.

The previous note 7 read “number of jobs reported in this analysis is the sum of main jobs and second jobs”. It should have read “the number of jobs reported in this analysis is limited to main jobs; second jobs are excluded”.
