This Statistical Bulletin presents results by Primary Care Trust (PCT) Clusters from the first national survey of bereaved people in England, 2011. The aim of the survey was to assess experiences of care in the last three months of life for adults who died in England between November 2010 and June 2011, and to allow comparison of care in different settings, for different conditions and in different geographies. Benchmarking charts and results (with confidence intervals) are available in accompanying reference tables.
