In this release

This article examines regional and local industrial specialisations in Great Britain. A number of measures of industrial specialisation have been calculated to provide a means of measuring the similarity, or otherwise, of industrial structures between areas. In addition, location quotients have been calculated allowing for a more in-depth analysis of local specialisations. Data tools have been provided for users to explore the data.
