An error was identified in some of the Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF) breakdowns and subsequently corrected in the following publications:
Quarterly National Accounts - 2012 Quarter 1 and subsequent releases
United Kingdom Economic Accounts - 2012 Quarter 1 and subsequent releases
Business Investment - 2012 Quarter 1 and subsequent releases
However, due to the ongoing development of systems and new methods for GFCF estimates it is not possible to correct Chapter 9 and Table 8.4 of Blue Book 2012 until the finalisation of Blue Book 2013 data.

Blue Book PDF:
A minor production error has been discovered in United Kingdom National Accounts - The Blue Book, 2012 edition, originally published on 31 July 2012. This affects oil and gas text in "changes in key environmental and economic measures, 2009 - 2010" section of Chapter 13. No other text is affected and the error has now been corrected.
Blue Book time series data:
A minor production error was discovered in the United Kingdom National Accounts - The Blue Book, 2012 edition time series dataset, originally published on 31 July 2012. The error affects annual data between 1987 and 1996 for retirement pensions, series CSDG. No other series are affected and the error has now been corrected.
