The Migration Statistics Quarterly Report (MSQR) is a summary of the quarterly releases of official international migration data. This edition covers those quarterly datasets released on 23 May. It also links to other migration products released on that date.

This release contains estimates of the key components of GDP from the output, income and expenditure approaches. Gross Domestic Product measures the chained volume index movements of the UK. This bulletin presents mortality figures for causes of death that are considered avoidable in the presence of timely and effective healthcare or public health interventions (avoidable mortality). Figures are presented for England and Wales and the regions of England for the period 2001–2011. Trends in mortality by causes considered preventable (preventable mortality) or amenable to healthcare (amenable mortality), which are subsets of total avoidable mortality are also presented.

Today the Office for National Statistics (ONS) publishes new findings from the 2011 Census, which expand on previously published statistics. These give users the opportunity to glean richer, more ‘three-dimensional’ insights into detailed characteristics of the population. The tables provide details down to local authority and regional level in England and Wales. They offer more informative characteristics relating to: unpaid care, health, migration, ethnic group, national identity, religion and language.

This statistical bulletin, produced by the Office for National Statistics every quarter, shows the net rate of return on capital employed for UK private non-financial corporations (PNFCs) related to their UK operations. The Balance of Payments (BOP) is a key macro-economic indicator as it measures the UK's financial flows with the rest of the world.

The Consumer Trends publication presents comprehensive estimates of Household Final Consumption Expenditure (HHFCE), constructed to conform to the European System of Accounts 1995 (ESA 95) Classification of Individual Consumption by Purpose (COICOP)

This release presents information about the investment choices of insurance companies, self-administered pension funds, investment trusts, unit trusts and property unit trusts. Reported in this release are quarterly net investment data arising from financial transactions (investments) made by these institutional groups. Also included are quarterly balance sheet data for short-term assets and liabilities, along with quarterly income and expenditure data for insurance companies and self-administered pension funds. All data are reported at current prices (effects of price changes included).
