This spreadsheet reconciles estimates of workforce jobs (derived primarily from employer surveys) with estimates of employment (derived from the Labour Force Survey). The spreadsheet is updated in those months when estimates of workforce jobs are published

This dataset contains the main labour market statistics data series. All of the series in this dataset are available in spreadsheet format from the labour market data tables. In this dataset Labour Force Survey (LFS) estimates are shown for the mid-month of the three-month average time periods. For example, estimates for January to March 2012 are shown as "February 2012", estimates for February to April 2012 are shown as "March 2012", etc.

Claimant count by age and duration.

Claimant count summary. This table provides estimates of the number of people claiming unemployment-related benefits

Labour productivity. This table is updated in January, April, July and October.

Workforce jobs revisions triangle. Workforce jobs tables are usually updated in March, June, September and December.

Employee jobs by industry. This table is usually updated in March, June, September and December.

Workforce jobs sampling variability estimates. These sampling variability estimates are usually updated once a year.

Average weekly earnings excluding bonus payments rose by 1.0% comparing December 2012 to February 2013 with the same period a year earlier. This is the smallest growth reported since records began in 2001.

GVA per hour worked and GVA per filled job at NUTS 2 and NUTS 3 subregional geographies.

Labour productivity statistics in terms of output per worker, output per job and output per hour worked for the whole economy and a range of industries. The release also presents unit labour cost estimates, regional productivity estimates and experimental market sector productivity estimates.
