The Internet Connectivity release provides data on the change in the level of active subscriptions and types of connections to the Internet.
The Internet Access release provides data on households' access to the Internet and individuals' use of the Internet.
Important note regarding regional estimates published in the 2000 and 2001 reports
Users should be aware that, while regional estimates have been published, the samples used were not designed for this purpose and, as such, the data will have little statistical credibility.
Until a regional sample is drawn no further data will be published by region.
It is also worth noting that activities of an organisation are often reported by a head office, which may corrupt responses when analysing by region.
Therefore, regional estimates should be treated with considerable caution.
