This group oversees the improvement of the analysis and indicators available on migration, and considers socioeconomic impacts. There is a focus on interdepartmental working and consideration of relevant academic findings.
In its early work this group has developed more timely national level estimates of migrants and a suite of indicators at local area level. The indicators can be accessed via the related links on the right of this page.
