This group aims to improve migration and population statistics by accessing administrative data sources, developing methodology for use of these sources, and by driving improvements to statistical surveys. The group is involved in the statistical uses of administrative data to improve migration and population estimates. The group have identified the following sources: School Census, DWP/HMRC sources and Higher Education Students data.
