The current financial year (2012/13) will see changes across data sources, methodology and systems of National Accounts.

Work has already begun on the following business surveys; Foreign Direct Investment, International Trade in Services, Mergers and Acquisitions and Business Expenditure on Research and Development.

Changes to the Foreign Direct Investment Survey

This document describes the general changes planned for the Foreign Direct Investment survey questionnaire from 2013. The new draft questionnaires for inward and outward FDI have been added to this document.

It also includes a progress report which will be regularly updated, and a timeline showing the main project and communications activities.
