GSS Training in Quality Management and Quality Assurance

The GSS Quality Task Force has developed two courses aimed at different levels. ‘Quality Management and Quality Assurance – an overview’ is a strategic level course aimed at senior managers. ‘Quality Management and Quality Assurance – in practice’ is an operational level course for all other staff.

Both courses focus on the same topics, but with an emphasis on different areas:

  • the strategic level course covers quality assurance, quality control and quality management with a greater focus on quality management and the implications of this for senior managers
