Correction notice: 21 March 2012 A significant error has been discovered in the trade in goods country dataset. This error was caused by a mistake in the processing of adjustments applied to data and affects all published country data from January 2011. The UK Trade statistical bulletin, time series data, Excel and PDF tables have all been affected and have now been updated. Time series dataset: UK Trade is a key economic indicator due to the importance of international trade to the UK economy. It is also a very timely statistic, providing an early indicator of what is happening more generally in the economy.
