What titles (i.e. Mr, Mrs, Dr, Lord, etc.) are held by the UK population, could this please be broken down into percentages and preferably from the 2011 census (if this is not available, then the most recent alternative source).

Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information Act asking for information on titles held by the UK population.
Unfortunately we are unable to help you since information on title held is not something which is asked in a census or collected in any of our surveys.
You might however find information on the number of Lords and Baronesses from the Parliamentary website at http://www.parliament.uk/mps-lords-and-offices/
