Please can you provide me with up-to-date data for the numbers of individuals of Black, Asian and Mixed Race (only those that include either Black or Asian as one of the racial groups) background currently living in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, broken down by age group and geographical area (eg Brampton, Walton, Holymoorside, etc)? The most recent data that I can find are taken from the 2001 census, which is now very out-of-date.

Population estimates by ethnic group are available in Tables EE2 and EE3 of the Population estimates by ethnic group mid-2009 release

on the ONS website.
The estimates are produced for local authority districts, and are thus shown for Chesterfield (in which district Brampton falls), and North East Derbyshire (in which district the civil parish of Holymoorside and Walton falls). ONS does not hold population estimates by ethnic group for these smaller areas more recent than the results of the 2001 Census.
