Please supply me with the total number of households where there is a single occupant and that occupant is over 68 years of age in the Gosport area

You have requested information from the 2011 Census under the Freedom of Information Act. Statistics from the 2011 Census in England and Wales will be freely available on the Office for National Statistics (ONS) website in accordance with a planned timetable for release.
ONS has already published some Household composition statistics and these are available for England and Wales and at local authority level in Key Statistics table KS105EW. The table is available as a spreadsheet from this page on the website

However, please note that the table shows the number of households in the Gosport local authority area with an occupant aged 65 and over. The information is not available for single years of age and so we have not identified occupants aged over 68.
