The Office for National Statistics (ONS) is committed to reviewing how data is collected from businesses. As part of this commitment we are developing a system that will allow the direct capture of data for the Monthly Wages & Salaries Survey (MWSS) from payroll systems. This system would replace the need for a paper questionnaire. This consultation is intended to gather the views of respondents to MWSS on this proposed system.
