ONS consultation: Proposal to reduce the number of datasets produced using the Integrated Household Survey

Opening date: 01 August 2012
Closing date: 30 October 2012
Department: Office for National Statistics
Category: People and Places

ONS Social Survey has previously released an annual Integrated Household Survey (IHS) experimental dataset four times per year and are proposing to reduce this to one a year, based on fieldwork carried out between January and December of any year.

The last quarterly dataset ONS is planning to produce will be the April 2011 to March 2012 dataset and its associated Statistical Bulletin, due for release in autumn 2012.

If this proposal is adopted, the dataset after that will be the January to December 2012 dataset, due for release in summer 2013, with a Statistical Bulletin.
