ONS Geography produces guidance notes that set out the recommended standard presentation order of statistics. The recommended presentation is for use in publications (paper and electronic) and statistics disseminated on the web.
The guidance notes are updated as required to reflect changes in geographies and are available for administrative, health and electoral areas.
The current guidance notes have been updated to reflect the GSS coding structure in line with the GSS Coding and Naming policy implemented on 1 January 2011.
