28 July 2020, BSL Video Production for Census 2021
We awarded the BSL Video Production for Census 2021 contract to the Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD) on 28 July 2020. Because of the low value, this was by direct award.
16 July 2020, Census Media Planning Agency
We awarded the Census Media Planning Agency contract to Manning Gottlieb OMD on 16 July 2020. There was a competition for this contract run through the Crown Commercial Service Communication Services Framework RM3796.
16 July 2020, Census Campaign Agency
We awarded the Census Campaign Agency contract to M&C Saatchi (UK) Ltd on 16 July 2020. There was a competition for this contract run through the Crown Commercial Service Campaign Solutions Framework RM3774.
29 June 2020, Primary Schools Programme
We awarded the Census Primary Schools Programme contract to Family & Education (F&E), a division of iChild Limited, on 29 June 2020. This contract was negotiated via a single tender process within The Public Contract Regulations 2015.
10 December 2019, Census Clerical Matching System
We awarded the Census Clerical Matching System contract to Kainos Software Limited on 10th December 2019. There was a competition for this contract through the Government Digital Outcomes and Specialists Framework.
28 November 2019, Census Flexible Dissemination System
We awarded the Census Flexible Dissemination System contract to Sensible Code Company on 28 November 2019. There was a competition for this contract through a restricted procedure which is part of The Public Contract Regulations 2015.
10 May 2019, Self-help Facility
We awarded the Census Self-help Facility contract to Networthnet Ltd on 31 March 2019. This contract was awarded from the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 10 Framework Agreement RM1557.10.
2 May 2019, Lone Worker Solution
We awarded the Census Lone Worker Solution contract to Mitie Security Ltd on 02 May 2019. This contract was awarded from the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 10 Framework Agreement RM1557.10.
29 April 2019, Assisted Digital Services
We awarded the Census Assisted Digital Services contract to Good Things Foundation on 29 April 2019. There was a competition for this contract through the Crown Commercial Service Digital Training and Support Framework RM4167.
31 March 2019, Specialist Media Buying Agency
We awarded the Census Specialist Media Buying Agency contract to OMD Group Ltd on 31 March 2019. This was a direct award to the sole supplier on the Crown Commercial Service Media Buying Framework RM6003.
