November roadshows
Planning and preparations for the Census 2011 is continuing. Extensive, ongoing and effective user and stakeholder consultation is of the utmost importance to the programme.
A series of roadshows were held during November 2008 to help build on the consultations carried out to date.
Subjects covered included updates on the progress of the programme, proposed methodologies, and outputs. There was also an opportunity to discuss in more detail any points arising from the various presentations, which are now available to download.
The venues are spread across Wales and England, with two events planned in London because these tend to draw the most participants. The venues were:
