What is the criteria for being an Opinions Survey client?

In what format is the data provided?
The data is usually provided in SPSS format. However we are able to supply it in other formats if SPSS is not available to the client.
How can I get access to Opinions data?
Various topics from the Opinions Survey are available from the UK Data Archive (UKDA).
Household and individual level data on classificatory variables that are collected every month are also available. Data includes household composition, tenure, number of cars available to household, national identity, ethnicity, employment status, educational attainment, enrolment in full-time education, health and income.
How do I apply for access?
To use the UK Data Archive (UKDA) users must register with the Economic and Social Data Service (ESDS), where you will be provided with an Athens ID.
Registration is a one-off process that involves providing the UKDA with personal details, and agreement to an End User Licence which outlines the conditions for using the data.
