Services available from DCM
Data Collection Methodology (DCM) works with its clients to help them define the requirements of their project and tailor its design. DCM has expertise in a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative techniques, which can be applied to a research objective. A project can include some or all of the following elements, as appropriate:
- desk research, such as literature review
- expert review of proposed or existing questions
- questionnaire design from research concept to final questions
- purposive sampling and recruitment of respondents
- drafting topic guides
- conducting interviews, cognitive question testing and focus groups
- analysing qualitative data
- designing of quantitative evaluation of questions - for example by split sample experiment
- analysing of quantitative data to evaluate questions
- presenting the findings - this may include a written report and verbal presentation
