Did you know the Office for National Statistics (ONS) can tailor data specifically to your needs? Perhaps you need up-to-date information to stay ahead of your competitors, or maybe you want data to back up your research?
We offer two data analysis services:
Cross-cutting analysis
This service is free. Cross-cutting anaylsis is performed by the Data Analysis team and does not involve extra interrogation of the data. The team analyse information from multiple sources and provide you with links to information already published.

Bespoke data analysis
Bespoke data analysis involves interrogating data deeper than is usual for the standard data release. It's performed by the data team expert in the topic you've asked for.
Depending on availability, we can provide you with bespoke data about the product or area you're interested in. Choose from a huge range of market information, economic statistics, or social data - any topic or area covered by ONS or the Government Statistical Service. We are unable to provide this service on data originated elsewhere.
There is a charge for this service. Email or phone the National Statistics Customer Contact Centre , let us know what you want, and we'll send you a quote. If you decide to go ahead, we'll send your data as soon as possible.
