Yorkshire and The Humber
In Yorkshire and The Humber, Ian Kay (Regional Statistician) and Keith Tyrrell (Regional Analyst) are the regional statistical team.
Ian and Keith will work with organisations across Yorkshire and The Humber to improve the quality and accessibility of the Office for National Statistics (ONS) regional data, and assist partners in the analysis and exploitation of government data sources. They aim to improve the regional evidence base used to underpin regional strategies and performance evaluation across the regional and subregional partner network.
They are both keen to meet with users of government data across Yorkshire and The Humber and would be happy to hear from anyone who feels they would benefit from their expertise, whether it's advice on a data source or appropriateness of analysis. Ian and Keith are co-located with the Yorkshire Forward Chief Economist's Unit in Leeds.
