Report on the performance of the Bank of England under the terms of the Firm Agreement
This report covers the period from April 2003 to March 2004. It aims to give an overview of the level of service to ONS by the Monetary and Financial Statistics Division of the Bank of England in meeting the service level standards of the Firm Agreement.
Spending Review
In Spending Reviews, firm spending plans are set for government departments for three years, with the last year of the previous review becoming the first year - or baseline - of the next.
ONS Spring Departmental Report
Part of a series of departmental reports to which, along with the Main Estimates, the document Public Expenditure Statistical Analyses, and the Supplementary Budgetary Information, presents the Government's forward years expenditure plans.
ONS Compliance Plan
Annual report of compliance costs to businesses which participate in ONS surveys. It fulfils the requirement on government departments to produce a compliance plan on a three year rolling basis which is approved by the economic secretary prior to publication. It includes all surveys for which ONS has direct responsibility but not those that are conducted on behalf of other government departments or agencies.
ONS Annual Report and Accounts
Under the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000, as a Supply-financed Agency, ONS is required to lay before the House of Commons its annual report and also the accounts as audited by the controller and auditor general.
