Measuring performance in our public services

Following the Atkinson Review of the 'Measurement of Government Output and Productivity for the National Accounts' (January 2005), the UK Centre for the Measurement of Government Activity (UKCeMGA) ran a series of three consultations on the best methodologies for measuring performance in the key public services.

First consultation: Establishing the Principles
