Keynote speakers for the conference were Dame Karen Dunnell DCB, The National Statistician and Professor Sir Roger Jowell, Deputy Chair of the UK Statistics Authority in a plenary session chaired by Stephen Penneck, Director of Methodology, ONS. Parallel sessions on 2011 Census, assessment and visualisation, classifications and indicators, using administrative data, statistics in finance, and imputation and simulation. The day ended with a panel discussion session chaired by Martin Brand, ONS. The panel included Richard Laux, UK Statistics Authority, Audrey Brown, Department for Children, Schools and Families and Graham Jenkinson, ONS.
