Registers

• Business Registers Legislation
  The legislation relating to the Inter Departmental Business Register (IDBR) covers the data provided to the IDBR, the collection of data within the ONS to maintain the IDBR and the supply of data to customers of the IDBR. All legislation is maintained on the UK Statute Database on the Statute Law website.
  

The IDBR must also comply with EU Regulations relating to business registers, statistical units, industrial classification and business demography. All legislation is maintained on the EU RAMON server.
