Presentation order guidance

ONS Geography produces guidance notes that set out the recommended standard presentation order of statistics. The recommended presentation is for use in publications (paper and electronic) and statistics disseminated on the web.

The guidance notes are updated as required to reflect changes in geographies and are available for administrative, health and electoral areas.

Note for Health areas (May 2010):
The guidance for health areas has been re-published since the last update on 30 April 2010. Due to a production error the new nine character codes for Bolton Teaching PCT, Manchester Teaching PCT and Hertfordshire PCT have been amended in Annexes A and C. The 'current' area codes are not affected and remain correct.
